Amounts use current plan prices. If someone joins at a different rate, your commission is 20% of what they actually pay. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial, so your first commission comes after the trial ends and the first payment goes through.

Start with a conversation. Email Kevin or book a call. Kevin works with each affiliate one on one at the beginning, so you know what to share and what to leave out before anything goes public.

Get your links. Once you're approved, Kevin sets you up in the affiliate portal, where your personal links live.

Add your payout details. The portal walks you through your tax form and payout method. Both need to be in place before your first payout.

Share what you've used. When someone clicks your link and joins, the referral and the commission show up in your portal.

Talk about what you've used yourself. The live calls, the community, the platform you run your business on. A real story from your own business will carry more than any line Kevin could hand you.
Two things to leave out. First, promises about income or results, because those depend on each person's own effort. Second, any promise that someone's existing GoHighLevel account can be moved into Client Connect Central. Kevin can talk that through with them on a call.

1. The program
These terms cover the Kevin Strite Online Affiliate Program, run by Kevin Strite Online LLC ("we," "us"). Affiliates earn a commission when a new customer joins a covered plan through the affiliate's tracked link on businessbuilderssuccess.com or clientconnectcentral.com. By accepting your affiliate link, you agree to these terms.
2. Who can join
The program is open to Business Builders members and to other people we approve one on one. You need to be at least 18. We can decline an application or remove an affiliate at our discretion.
3. Commission
The commission rate is 20% of the plan price the referred customer actually pays, after discounts and not counting taxes or setup fees.
Covered plans:
- Build and Connect annual plans: commission on the first payment only.
- Build and Connect monthly plans: commission on the first 12 monthly payments.
Not covered: the Business Builders coaching-only plan, the GHL training-only plan, and one-time services such as migrations, one-on-one coaching, and standalone courses.

4. Tracking and attribution
Referrals are tracked through the links in your affiliate portal. When someone clicks your link, a tracking cookie credits you for 365 days. The referral records in the affiliate portal are the official record of referrals and commissions.
5. Eligible referrals
Referrals must be new customers. You can't earn commission on your own purchases, on purchases by someone who is already a paying member, or on accounts created to generate commissions.
6. Payment
Commissions are earned when the referred customer's payment clears. A free trial doesn't earn a commission by itself.
Commissions are paid through the affiliate portal. Each commission is held for 30 days after the referred customer's payment, then paid on the next 15th. For example, a payment on November 3 is paid December 15, and a payment on November 20 is paid January 15.
Before your first payout, you need to complete a tax form in the portal (a W-9 for U.S. affiliates, a W-8 for others) and add a payout method.
If a payment is refunded or charged back, the related commission is reversed. If that commission has already been paid, we can deduct it from future commissions.
7. Promoting responsibly
- Tell your audience you earn a commission when they sign up through your link, and place that disclosure close to the link. Follow the advertising rules that apply to you, including the FTC's endorsement guidelines.
- Describe the plans and prices accurately, using only what appears on our websites.
- Don't promise or guarantee income, results, or timelines.
- Don't promise that an existing GoHighLevel account, or anything built in one, can be moved into Client Connect Central.
- Don't send unsolicited bulk email or text messages.
- Don't present yourself as Kevin Strite or as an employee of Kevin Strite Online LLC.
- Paid or search ads that use the Business Builders, Client Connect Central, or Kevin Strite names or keywords need our written approval first.
8. Changes
We can change commission rates, covered plans, the payout schedule, or these terms. Changes apply to referrals and payments that happen after we notify you by email or in the portal. Commissions already earned stay as they were.
9. Ending participation
You can stop at any time by emailing us. We can end your participation if you break these terms. Valid commissions earned before the end date are paid, minus any reversals. Commissions tied to a violation of these terms may be forfeited.
10. Independent relationship
You're an independent affiliate, not an employee, agent, or partner of Kevin Strite Online LLC. You're responsible for your own taxes and for following the laws that apply to your promotion.
11. No guarantees
We don't guarantee any level of earnings. The program is provided as is, and our liability to you is limited to commissions owed under these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
